Trials, access and billing

What does the free trial include?
Five days of full platform access capped at five pages. That is enough to connect Search Console, run an audit, run one Autopilot batch and read a real Developer Handoff PDF end to end.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only. All of your data, audits and reports stay visible, but runs, generation and exports pause until you choose a paid plan. Nothing is deleted.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 5-day trial requires only an email address.
How is access controlled on each plan?
Your plan sets your volume — sites, seats, pages, Autopilot runs and GEO prompts — and whether white-label and API access are enabled. Anything outside your plan stays visible but locked, with the upgrade path shown inline.
Can I buy add-ons instead of upgrading?
Yes. Extra sites, seats, pages, Autopilot runs, GEO prompts, locations, premium AI engines and API access can all be added to any paid plan from the marketing site or inside the app.
How do I pay?
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, so Orion never stores your card details. Annual billing saves roughly 17% against monthly.

Using the platform

How long does a first audit take?
Most sites finish in 5–15 minutes. Very large sites are crawled progressively and you are notified when each stage completes.
Why does Autopilot work in batches of 75 pages?
Batches keep runs fast and reliable, and keep the Developer Handoff PDF short enough for any parser or reviewer. You choose which batch to run or re-run.
What is in the Developer Handoff PDF?
Per-page copy-paste fixes for titles, metas, H1s, internal links, schema and content, plus a shared catalogue of how-to-fix instructions so nothing is repeated page by page.
What is the difference between SEO and GEO?
SEO gets you ranked in Google's results. GEO gets your brand quoted inside AI answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews. Orion runs both from the same data.
Do you need access to my CMS?
No. Orion works read-only by default. A CMS connection is optional and only used if you want to publish content directly from the editor.
Can I re-run a batch after my developers ship the fixes?
Yes — that is the intended loop. Re-running the same batch re-checks the live pages and shows what is now passing.
How accurate are the crawl results?
Very accurate with Firecrawl configured, because pages are rendered like a browser. Without it, JavaScript-rendered content may be under-detected and Orion warns you in Site Health.
Who owns the data and content?
You do. Reports, drafts and exports are yours to keep and can be white-labelled on Agency and Enterprise plans.

Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on the Growth tier, no credit card required. It includes one Autopilot run and one Developer Handoff PDF.
How does billing work?
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Annual billing saves roughly 17% against monthly.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
What happens if I exceed my page or run limits?
Nothing breaks. You are prompted to add an overage pack or move up a tier, and existing data stays intact.
Do you charge for extra features?
No. Every tier includes every module. We gate on volume, seats and white-label — never on core capability.

Why does Autopilot work in 75-page batches?

Does Autopilot change my website automatically?
No. Orion is read-only by default. Autopilot produces the exact replacement content and your team or CMS applies it, so you keep full control of what goes live.

Orion fetches the deployed page and validates the structured data it finds. Coverage is never assumed or estimated — a page is only marked valid after a live check.
Do you need access to my CMS?
Only if you want to publish directly from the editor. Orion works read-only by default and a CMS connection is entirely optional.
Is the content AI-generated?
Drafts are AI-assisted from a brief built on your own ranking and competitor data, then scored for E-E-A-T so a human can add the experience and sourcing that AI cannot invent.
Where does backlink data come from?
From your connected data providers, combined with Orion's own crawl. Connecting a provider in Integrations gives the fullest profile.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. Growth covers five locations, Agency covers twenty-five, and extra locations can be added to any plan for a small monthly fee.
Is white-label available on every plan?
White-label branding is included on Agency and Enterprise. Every plan can schedule digests and export standard reports.
